Repairs and maintenance are not the same service. Maintenance is scheduled, preventive care — cleaning the cover box, lubricating tracks, checking tension, and inspecting components for early signs of wear.
Repairs address parts that have already failed — a broken rope, a malfunctioning motor, a damaged track, or torn fabric. A failed motor, for example, is not covered under a standard maintenance visit.
